Part of the Playmaker Capital portfolio of brands at the intersection of sports, betting, media and technology with 88 million monthly unique users. Founded in London in 2016 by CEO Robbie Morris and Martyn Miller, Two-Up’s 30 employees create the platforms to enable fans to engage across multiple sports globally.

Goal

The agency was tasked with creating and managing a new community-focused betting app for the 2022 - 2023 football season.

Problem

The new app required critical widgets that hadn’t been created by the agency before, and they needed to bring new skills into the business. In a challenging candidate-led market for skills that were highly desirable, the recruitment delay was putting the entire project at risk because the start of the season was approaching.
