About the client
Founded in 2017 in the United Kingdom, ANNA is one of the fintech hypergrowth rockstars. An app, a card, and a business account that helps creative small businesses and startups with their financial admin, ANNA is a globally distributed team made up of more than 100 design, marketing, and tech experts.
Goal
Chief Product Officer, Nik Fillipov, wanted to deliver a new, improved version of the web application with a lot of additional features to maintain their lead in the industry.
Problem
As a hypergrowth company, ANNA were already behind their hiring requirements and had to prioritize core hiring needs internally. The talent acquisition team were already stretched to the limit. The lag in being able to search for and vet engineers for their new requirements was unacceptable to the launch roadmap.
