๐ฏ Challenge
Ankit, one of the technical founders of Motus, faced a challenge in developing a web app with AI. He needed deep research on how the ghost skeleton of body movements would work, but he couldn't find anyone with the skillset (TensorFlow/ML) to develop the program for recognizing the body movements of users to enable real-time feedback. Although Ankit and his team handled the frontend and backend development, they needed someone with expertise in ML technologies to superpower their development efforts.
๐ Solution
Skipp provided a strong technical leader who conducted research on all the required technology and developed a ghost skeleton, which was then integrated into the Motus platform. The team at Motus was not worried about the final term, as they wanted to achieve results step by step. After four months of work and implementing a couple of improvements in the existing technology, a first release was made. In February 2023, Skipp made a final release of the technology and platform. This enabled the Motus team to start fundraising, and they received multiple offers from angels, VCs, and companies who were interested in acquiring the team and the technology they had developed with Skipp.

Results
With Skipp's help, Motus was able to develop an AI-based coaching platform that allows users to receive real-time feedback on their body movements during yoga workouts. This improved user engagement and retention rates, leading to explosive growth in the business. The final release of the technology and platform also enabled the Motus team to start fundraising and receive multiple offers from interested investors.
